The below was a custom wooden door project with a 1×4 T&G Thermory wood overlay with custom stain in Exotic Brown. The vertical glass going down the right side from face of door was ½” insulated satin-etched and tempered.
These handcrafted custom wood doors give the full view effect but keep the classic feel of a wood door. They feature a ⅛ Forest trim border, painted black and all sections have full view glass that is ½” insulated, satin-etched, and tempered.
Another custom wood door, this door has a 1×6 T&G tight knot cedar rough side out face with 1/2″ satin etched insulated tempered glass vertically down the left-hand side from the face.
These 3 images illustrate an up-close look at the wood used on a home in Tetherow. This door featured a 1×6 T&G mixed grain clear cedar D and better western red cedar.
This custom project used wood removed from a barn in Idaho. The finished project was 12’x14′ with a 1’x 8′ shiplap.
This project had a mixed grain D and better cedar 1×6. We installed two panes of glass running horizontally down the face on the right hand side with ½” insulated clear glass
This wooden door project had a 1×6 T&G Tight knot cedar face, 1×6 Tight knot cedar border and overlay. It also featured a ⅛” clear glass top section.
This impressive door had a 1×4 Mixed grain D and better clear cedar, vertically on face.
We also installed glass vertically down left-hand side with ½” insulated satin-etched tempered glass all sections.
Custom Arch | These elegant and unique garage doors featured custom arches with ½” insulated
satin etched glass in four out of the five sections.
Custom Barn | This custom barn door featured two sliding and two sectional doors, as well as
three rows of ⅛” satin etched glass. The Breckenridge face and finger joint were primed cedar
with design cross bucks at the bottom and a custom painted trim.
Lot 28 | For this project, we crafted one 16×8 and one 9×8 custom wood doors with a 1×6 T&G
tight knot cedar face and 1×6 tight knot cedar overlay and design. This combined with the ⅛”
clear glass top sections made for a stunning result.
Lot 680 | This custom wood door project had a 16×8 and a 9×8 custom door made of 1×6 T&G
tight knot cedar face with a 1×6 tight knot cedar overlay and design. The glass top sections had
⅛” clear glass to complement the stunning mountain-town home.
Lot 20 | This custom wood door residential project was made of 1×4 T&G tight knot cedar face with a 1×6 tight knot cedar overlay and design. The 16×9 and 9×9 custom doors also had glass top sections of ⅛” clear glass.
Lot 382: This door project featured a 1×6 T&G tight knot cedar face with 1×6 tight knot cedar border and overlay. We crafted an arched solid top section over the overlay with latch decorative hardware to complete the look.
Lot 299 | This stunning residential project featured one 18×10 and one 9×8 custom wood door. The doors had a 1×4 T&G tight knot cedar face with a 1×8 tight knot cedar border and design cross bucks with solid square top. The project also featured clavos and latch decorative hardware.
