Carpenter needed for the construction of custom wood garage doors and frames for residential and commercial projects. To perform in this position successfully, candidate must:
1.Possess excellent math, problem solving and critical thinking skills
2. Have the ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
3. Knowledge of design technique, materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of wood garage doors or a similar background is needed.
4. Must have the ability to spatially visualize changes and have excellent attention to detail.
5. Employee is required to follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, is able to work independently, able to take direction, and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
Must possess a valid drivers license, high school diploma or GED and have 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
